We are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here. This notice covers our corporate website only; our shopping website and apps have their own privacy policy.

We collect only what is needed for each purpose, and we never ask for identity documents, bank details or passwords through this website.

Uploaded files

Files are accepted only in the formats listed on each form and within the stated size limits. Every file is checked for its real type before upload, stored in access-controlled storage available only to the team handling your enquiry, never published, and deleted at the end of the retention period above. Photos you upload are used only to evaluate your application or property.

3. Consent

Every form asks for your consent before submission, and we keep a record of that consent (date, time and form). You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the Grievance Officer below; withdrawal does not affect processing already done.

4. Who we share it with

Your data is shared only with the internal team responsible for your enquiry and with service providers who host this website, deliver email and provide analytics, under contracts that require them to protect it. We never sell or rent personal data.

5. Security

This website is served over HTTPS, uses a strict content security policy, spam protection on forms, and access-controlled lead storage.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, to nominate another person to exercise your rights, and to have your grievances addressed.
